"ENT Dressings Clinic"

I like to think all post operative mastoid patients who use the ENT Dressings Clinic think the same as me.

It is an excellent service run by a team of highly competent nurses, with immediate access to consultants and registrars, who run their appointments list to time (starting at 8:15am), are able to give an appointment directly over the phone sometimes for the same day, are extremely skillful at what they do and sympathetic to their patients' needs.

I believe the Clinic also saves consultants' time by preparing patients for examination, a job consultants would have to do themselves thereby extending waiting times and limiting patient throughput.

The Dressings Clinic is a microcosm of efficiency, excellence and value within the vastness of the NHS whose operational model is surely repeatable for other types of service and provide a similar contribution to post operative healthcare.
