"Maternity Ultrasound Services"

Hi attended hospital outpatient department for maternity outpatient ultrasound. The sonographer i found so rude, no manners and patient privacy and dignity did not exist. The communication skills were that poor and the staff just gave orders instead of conversation and instructions. This whole experience was so uncomfortable and given me a life long negativity about the hospital and would dread to attend again.

I will be taking this matter further in the hope of future change so no one would have the experience that i had.
