Attended 23/11/15
Just returned from meeting two very polite and professional members of staff which completed my journey through the urology department from cystoscopy, bladder scan through to the flow test, at all times I was treated with dignity, everything was explained in detail and my privacy was respected at all times.
The urology team should feel proud of themselves they made me feel like a patient not just another body to be pushed along.
The hospital should be proud of them.
