What I liked

I went to the breast care clinic today for tests and was incredibly impressed by the speed of the appointment, and the efficiency of all having all the tests done in one place at one time. The clinic is friendly and unhospitally. The nurses were fantastic, respectful, empathetic and truly caring. The doctor was efficient and clear in their explanations. The clinic is a great example of the NHS at its best and I'm very grateful it is available for me to use.

What could be improved
