What I liked

All staff that i came into contact with, were very professional in all aspects of their work.ward 12 should be commended .

What could be improved

The catering company had apparently been changed.so did not get what i had ordered.But did not mind as i was apologised to and to the best of their ability tried to rectify the situation.

Anything else?

It was nice to hear one of the supply staff, saying how much she enjoyed her job.

Also met up again with a student nurse i had met a couple of weeks previously, during my pre-op assessment.very nice young lady.
