"Wrist operation"

I unfortunately fell over whilst out for a walk and badly smashed my wrist.

I went to A and E and was seen quite quickly.

I had to have an operation the next day to have a plate inserted and was very impressed by the consultant who carried out the procedure.

I was kept informed of what was happening.

My only complaint would be that I was put in a ward with very elderly ladies most of whom were calling out all night and I found it difficult to sleep!

All in all though I was impressed by the staff and the cleanliness of the hospital
