"Lack of food"

A dear friend is currently in Ward 15., she is very ill but this is not helped by lack of food, recently she was offered a current tea cake nothing inside when food "ran out" this is just the latest in an ongoing complete lack of care. My own TX last year was about as bad as it gets.
