"Poor organisation and physiotherapy treatment"

About: Nuffield Health, Wessex Hospital

The hospital is just focussed on making money, not patient care.

Their latest mistake is to send me 'fines' for cancelled appointments that I attended! in fact I was early and the Physiotherapist was late!

So in summary, the medical car is OK, but that's all and the administration is disorganised and focussed on over-billing and hoping its clients don't notice the small amounts of over-billing.

In response to your comments I would firstly like to reiterate that Nuffield Health is a not for profit organisation and therefore patient care is always our number one priority and we believe commercial gain can never come before clinical need.

Our Hospital Physiotherapy Area Manager has responded to your query and has assured you that there will be no cancellation charge and we apologise for this error.
