"Patient sent home with catheter still left in."

About: King George Hospital

My Dad was released from KGH Monday morning with his catheter still in. The reason it was left in was he was told it is the property of Queens! My Dad is 81 years old. What age does someone have to be to start being treated with any kind of dignity? My Dad was too ill to be sent home, he was back in by Monday evening, and not given the choice of which Hospital he would have liked to have attended. He was told by the staff that are looking after him now, that he should never have been sent home. If my Dad is not looked after, I will take steps.
