About: North Middlesex Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I arrived at 7pm and waited for 6 1/2 hours in agonising pain, due to a torn Achilles' tendon. My wait was due to the incompetence of the staff who spelt my name wrong, even though I repeated myself twice.

Thank you for your feedback. All patients are triaged on arrival at A&E and assessed for urgency.
