What I liked
My 9 year old son was treated in accident & emergency on the evenning of 26th November, arriving at 8.30 pm leaving at 10.30. After being seen by a triage nurse, who was excelent he was treated by a young male houseman, sadly I did not get his name. This young doctor was superb, he showed a genuine caring attitude, his communication with both the patient and us the parents was detailed and very reassuring.
Although very busy he took the time to explain X Rays and what he was looking for. My son was shaken up and very tired by 10.30 and became quite distressed due to pain and tiredness, he hadled this superbly.
Well done.
