To whom it may concern,

Very des pointed with Urgent eye clinc at Lister Hospital at Stevenage, Herts.

My observation:

Reception staff are distressed all the time and they are understaffed which leads to unhappy patients being standing for so long.

2- Their is no obvious number on the confirmation letter that leads you directly to the desk in case someone wants to change appointments.

3- the direct line is ringing with no one answering or a voice mail message to take your message.

4- the English spoken by some of the calls centre staff is terrible and at least not understandable, a tone of rudeness always at the background, a good command of English language is needed.
