About: Watford General Hospital

My mother has had to visit Watford hospital a couple of times recently following complications after surgery and when she returned after being asked to, noone knows who she should be seeing and why! she has been waiting hours on both occasions while they try to sort out who to see and what to do. Usually passing it onto another hospital! Today she has been waiting all day for someone to call her from the ENT department as she has a possible serious condition that needs treating and noone has bothered to call!!! i wouldn't give them any stars.

I even tried calling the hospital for her and its just an answerphone. ridiculous.

I hate this hospital and hope i never have to go there.
