Had to take my mum in law into the Emergency Assessment Unit at the weekend. They did a great job settling her in and treating an elderly person as a person....
Transferred to Docking ward where again the staff were great. It was clean, staff friendly ad helpful. Her only complaint when she went home was that "They kept trying to feed me all the time in that hospital"!
It was care with a capital C!. Well done from us, we're very grateful.
