"Poor Servce"

About: New Cross Hospital

I was in the Appleby Suite on Friday 20/11/15, after my operation I had to go to the dialysis centre and should have had 5 hours but because of the fancying around that took place I was too late and only got 3.5 hours this meant I had to make an unplanned visit to Walsall on Saturday to complete the additional 1.5 hours.

I kept asking for my discharge notes and sick note for work I was told they would be in my notes for the staff on dialysis to give me.

They weren't there so now I have the ball ache of sorting it out this morning.

On top of that if I hadn't pressed them they would have let me leave with a canular still in my arm.

I have no idea if I have stitches, if I have how many and when they should be removed.

No idea about the dressing and when that needs to be changed....nothing

I'm not impressed at all, very poor.
