"Best A&E urgent care services I've ever had"

Had to attended A&E urgent care after I was bitten by a dog, when I arrived I was spoken to by some great reception staff. When I went to talk to the nurse at the front dest who was very helpful, the nurse had a look at the bite and was very attentive making sure I had pain relief and getting me sorted as fast as possible. The team in X-ray were very good also had the X-ray within 5 minuets of checking in with them (amazing).

When I reported a bowl of blood on one of the seats I was thanked for reporting it and it was cleaned up within 2 minuets.

My expectancy was to be waiting for 2-3 hours and to see some missable unhelpful staff but in reality the staff working in A&E urgent care were helpful, kind and caring and made the experiences a lot easier for me. I was gob smacked to be in and out in an hour I spent more time traveling to and from the hospital than I did in it.

The staff are a credit to the department and the hospital and I would like to pass on my thanks to them for all they did for me, from the helpful receptionist, the staff in X-ray and the amazing nurses that I spoke to and sorted me out. Top job done by some amazing people.
