They say angels dwell in heaven,

But where is Heaven?

Broken body refuses to serve.

The ambulance paramedics cell,

The mans strong arm to lean on

And the pretty girl both in green uniform.

The community rehab team will be delighted to receive your feedback.

The rehabiltation journey for many patients happens quietly and goes unnoticed, and yet it's the determination, effort and commitment shown by patients, who work in partnership with the team, on some occasions over many months, that makes it all worthwhile.
