"Very impressive treatment when I had my knee op"

I went to the Treatment Centre with a knee problem, and was immensely impressed with the care I received. Once it was established that I'd need an operation all my pre-op was done on the same day.

I was then given a choice of appointment times, and the only reason I had to wait a month was my own messy diary - they could have had me in within a fortnight!

On the day of the operation everything went flawlessly, the standard of the ward was superb, staff friendly, great emphasis on cleanliness and so on. I'm not one for using superlatives at every opportunity, but in this case i was incredbly impressed.

The outcome of the operation was good, and I can honestly say this was better than private care I have paid for in the past. Thoroughly recommended.
