"A & E Eye Department receptionist experience"

About: New Cross Hospital

Attended the department in Sept 2015 with an eye ulcer and found the receptionist extremely rude, abrupt disrespectful with a very bad attitude.

I mentioned their attitude problem to one of the nurses and was just told I must of caught them at a bad moment.

I have sent an e-mail to their comments e-mail address for my complaint to be forwarded to the departments Senior and have not received any reply or acknowledgement what so ever to date.
