"Outpatients Department"

About: Broomfield Hospital

My husband attended a clinic on Tuesday 17th November where he was prescribed drops and ointment.

Unfortunately the ointment was out of stock and the pharmacist advised us to see our GP (which apparently was not the correct thing to do) and although they did endeavour to get them for us they where unsuccessful.

I rang the hospital to hopefully find out if there is any alternative ointment and to avoid any one else being prescribed them.

I have not received a reply although I did leave a message for the eye care nurse on call.
