A pity they are not subscribed to by the individual it was my misfortune to encounter at St Marys reception last night. A hospital visit is demanding on both patients and visitors. The last thing most people need is to be treated to inconsiderate attitude of the security officer on reception last night. I would suggest this individual is given some training in people skills.
