What I liked

Was nice to feel listened to by a Consultant who clearly understood the need for compassion and understanding at an individual level rather then being treated as part of a conveyor belt. Very smooth internal system that allowed for quick turn around in terms of appointments, pre-op assessment and patient information. All staff very friendly and helpful

What could be improved

As usual... the food
