"Hand Therapy, Fracture Clinic and Out-patients..."

I am writing to congratulate the fast and efficient service I received this morning. I arrived at the X-ray Department for an appointment at 0830. I was seen promptly and had polite care.

I then went to the hand therapy unit, where I was seen by a very efficient and helpful OT. They went to speak to the orthopaedic surgeons within fracture clinic, who agreed to see me straight away.

Everything was sorted smoothly and efficiently with care. I had completed all of this within 20mins of arriving at the X-ray department, and I was leaving the hospital by 9am.

Well done for a smooth efficient service, with high levels of care.
