When my mum was admitted the beginning of October from day 1 they really looked after her and all the staff got to knw her well the sisters and nurses always kept me informed on her condition as she has copd some days were better than others, , only 2 weeks ago we were at 1 stage saying our good byes but she pulled through but tomorrow the 20/ 11 she will be going to be discharged and goin in nursing home , there is 1 special member of staff of the social care team who I owe a lot to and I know its thier job to support patience but they went above on beyond their duties to get my mother in to the nursing home I wanted , they are a real credit to your team and the hospital and both me and my mother are very greatfull to them and everyone thanks you
