"mulitple visits"

About: University Hospital Lewisham

My partner is Thai and has had sinus issues for almost 3 years.

Initial visit was to A&E as it was so bad. This visit was a good as can be expected with about a 3 hour wait to be told need to see ENT.

few weeks later saw Doctor who prescribed medication.

This did not work, so back to GP who was next to useless and still remains so.

Eventually back to ENT for another visit.

This time minor op scheduled.

Op went ok for polyps but after 3 weeks sinus still sore.

Gave it 6 months, back to GP. Even more useless sent us to different hospital who made another appointment for scan.

Next hospital and scan several weeks later to be told, oh sinus disease. Really?

Can you fix it? Er no as you went to Lewisham for op have to go back there again. Different trust. Is this not the "national" health service and not individual service?

So I ask, can you forward scan images to Lewisham? Ermm no have to go to GP, arghhh.

Back to GP, erm go to Lewisham, again.

So almost three years later partner goes back, surprise she returns home with same medication as three years ago.

Tomorrow they will get another call from me, why do they try to fob some one off, sure if she was not Thai would have had better experience.
