"Visit to one stop haematuria clinic"

I have just returned home from a visit to the haematuria clinic. I was so impressed by each and every member of staff I met. They introduced themselves to me by name and remained friendly and approachable. The procedures were explained clearly which put me at ease and my identification was check by each staff member I encountered which made me feel very safe. The areas I visited were clean, tidy and well lit. I was early for my appointment but didn't have to wait. I was seen in X-ray and for ultrasound swiftly and directed to the next department. There are so many negative comments about the NHS but I want to address the balance. The team at the haematuria clinic gave me 5 star service. Royalty wouldn't have been any better cared for. Thank you.
