"One rude staff member marks the otherwise perfect team in F1 at the Royal Hallamshire"

I had a a hysterectomy at the Royal Hallamshire and stayed on F1.

All the nurses and doctors were very polite and helpful.

However, there was one staff member who was very rude and abrupt with both myself and the lady opposite. I was angry at the auxiliary nurse; when the lady opposite asked for some painkillers she said she's tell the nurse. But half an hour later when the lady opposite complained the auxiliary nurse was very rude and told her to wait. She spoke to us as if we were three year olds.

Despite this I would like to thank Dr Farkas and all his team on F1 for all their care.
