"How I came to use the 111 service"

I had been seen by my own GP earlier in the week and been told that I had Tonsilitis and was running very high temperature and vomiting. Unfortunately didn't get any better worsening on the Friday evening causing me to ring GP on Saturday morning which as surgery was closed to ring 111. I was dealt efficiently on the phone and Drs called me back and arranged to come and visit me. They gave me a comprehensive examination and some very good advice which then resulted in my recovery. Well done and thankyou 111! ! !
