To often we read negative reviews about the care we receive from our local hospitals Hoever I would like to share my patient experience with you to positively promote Wirral community NHS trust. I was refereed to the Urology department at Clatterbridge hospital by my GP under the 2 week fast path. I met with the Dr who spoke to me in a relaxed and informal manor about my symptoms and diagnostics going forward which instantly took away all my anxiety and worry (many thanks Dr ) I received an appointment within days for a CT scan followed swiftly by an appointment to attend the Leverhulme day surgery unit for a diagnostic procedure which I attended today. I was greeted in friendly and informal manor by all of the team,my procedure was done under local and the doctor and his team were outstanding keeping me informed all the way through in a relaxed and friendly manor. I cannot praise the trust, the Dr and their team enough and feel privileged that we have this service on our doorstep.Huge gratitude to you all.
