Response from Marie Helebert, Patient Services Officer, Patient Services, Heart of England Foundation Trust

Dear Anonymous

thank you very much for providing your feedback regarding your recent visit to see your sister on Ward 16 at Good Hope Hospital.

I am very sorry that you were spoken to rudely by a member of staff on Ward 16 and I would very much like to look into your experience further. To do this, I require more information and would ask if you could please contact me at your convenience so that I may obtain these details. I can be contacted on 0121 424 0808 or by email: marie.helebert@heartofengland.nhs.uk.

I will then highlight your experience to Andy Allport, Ward Manager for Ward 16 and to Caroline Deekes the Matron so that they can look into this.

I hope that this is acceptable and would like to thank you for providing your feedback, it is extremely important to us and allows us to identify services or areas that are may need attention and change implemented to prevent future issues.. Equally, it allows us to see where and how things are working well when the comments or feedback are positive.

I hope my response is helpful and I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Marie Helebert
