Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is sorry to hear that you feel we don't address bad feedback about Hammersmith hospital on NHS Choices.

In fact, we do comment on both positive and negative across the Trust which includes our five hospitals; Charing Cross, St Mary's, Hammersmith, Queen Charlotte's and Western Eye hospitals. Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is responsible for commenting on postings and work weekly to cover those postings.

All feedback goes to Divisional Managers in the first instance and we ask the complainant to contact PALS to provide more detail.

PALS are concerned that you feel bad reviews, particularly for Hammersmith hospital, aren't being covered and can be contacted on either 0203 313 0088 or email pals@imperial.nhs.uk to discuss this further.
