Had this done recently everybody was fantastic from walking in the door the first nurse who I spoke to (sorry my memory of names is not good) explained everything to me in depth detail and was so calming and reassuring then when I was talking a lot the other doctors all we patient and understanding. A big big thank you to the anaesthetist who listened to my fears and my biggest fear was the gas mask and he made sure I was asleep before it was placed that meant so much keep up the good work all my love and thanks to everyone.
