I initially contacted the hospital for a consultation to find out information on having an endometrial scratch. On the day of my appointment the consultant was running 40 mins late and there was confusion as the consultant thought

I was having the actual procedure on the day. They took a few notes and we spent no longer than 3 or 4 mins with them. On my second return to the hospital the consultant was running 40 mins late again and there was more confusion regarding the whereabouts of my notes. The shock came when we received the bill for two procedures, although it is now all sorted. I would not recommend that hospital if you are paying as a private patient, I would expect that type of mishap from the

NHS .
