(as a carer),

My son was transferred to another Service last year, he was assessed by his new care co-ordinator with great accuracy, it amazed me, as she had not seen him before, It took some time for her to get used to us as his carer's, the way we work, but was sorted out by having a meeting with her and the Team Leader, we now work to-gether very well, she is doing all she can to help my son, so we will eventually be able to stand back a little.
