"useless !"

About: St Peter's Hospital (Chertsey)

got a referral from my Dr, after 4 weeks chased for an appointment to be told they had sent on my referral to another dept. was put through to that dept to be told they hadn't received it so transferred me back to original dept who then said they would take the letter down personally.

got an appointment a week later after which I saw the consultant who told me I had a serious case and would recommend some equipment and arrange for this after two weeks waiting for an appointment called again to be told they hadn't got the referral it was still in the internal mailing system even though I had a hard copy in front of me and there was nothing I could do.

just contacted them again went round and round in circles to eventually find out the consultant hadn't copied in the right dept.

I was referred in beginning of August have been told its a serious case but still havent got the equipment I need !! NHS so very poor !!
