"Nan had dementia put on this ward!"

My nan has demntia and a chest infection and was out on this ward, the staff did not understand her level of dementia and kept asking her questions that she cannot answer honestly they kept trying to kick out family at meal time when she needed support with it, did not comminicate any scan results or bloods we had to seek out the answers they only communicated and acknowledged her when she needed medication, very disappointed and even worse that she is on the extremely wrong ward
