"amazing by all departments"

I visited Minor Injuries on 18 November at around 9.15. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist. I have always been made to feel that I am wasting hospital staff time but not on this occasion.

I was reassured that I should be seen and in no time at all was seen by a lovely nurse who looked at my wounds and immediately sent me to x ray.

Again a fabulous receptionist and radiographer.

I waited around 10 minutes and had the x ray and went back to minor injuries where I was seen by the same nurse straightaway.

This was my first visit to Clacton Minor Injuries although I have been to other departments before and can honestly say that its the best hospital I have ever visited.
