About: Doncaster Royal Infirmary

I think the staff in this hospital need to do some kind of customer service course as I find the majority rude.

People never answer the phone on the switchboard and when you get put through to a department they put you on hold for 10 minutes and when they finally come back to you they cut you off. I'm so frustrated with the lack of friendly staff there. It doesn't take much to be nice to callers.
