"Excellent service"

About: Good Hope Hospital

I had an execptional experience at Good Hope Hospital.

I had to attend A&E for a minor ailment.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful, I was seen by a triage nurse within 15-20 minutes and then seen by an exceptionally friendly Doctor within the next 10-15 minutes.

In total I was probably only there for 1 hour which is excellent.

I felt like I was listened to and was fully examined by very competent

Doctors who made me feel calm and less anxious. They answered all of my questions and I left feeling very reassured.

Fortunately it was not a serious problem and I was able to go home after.

I was incredibly impressed by the service and would be happy for any friend or relative to go there knowing they would receive excellent care.

Thank you to all of the A&E staff in particular the Doctor I was seen by who was friendly, courteous and trusting.
