"Help with a late night query"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Accident & Emergency University Hospital Ayr / General Surgery

(as the patient),

On a Sunday night I got great help from Allison in A& E in Ayr Hospital regarding the timing of a Monday appointment in Day Surgery. She found information for me and arranged for someone from that dept. to phone me first thing on Monday morning. That put my mind at rest and I was very grateful.
