"Excellent Care"

I was referred to Cheltenham A&E with chest pains and I cannot fault the care that I received during my time in the department. The reception staff were efficient and friendly and I was seen promptly by the triage nurse, who took bloods and hooked me up to the ECG monitor. Each step was clearly explained and I was encouraged to ask questions about anything that I did not understand. The doctor who reviewed my notes was lovely, very clear in their explanations and not afraid to ask for advice from a more senior colleague where needed. I felt confident that every possible diagnosis had been carefully considered. Thank you.
