What could be improved
1. Respect for the dignity of patients
2. Purchase of tools of the trade - such as syringe drivers (none available in our case)
3. Please have the decency to inform the family before placing patients on the Liverpool pathway
4. Show family and patients respect
5. Learn to treat patients appropriately
