I came in a lot of pain about 10 30 at night ,saw a nurse who said they could not do any thing for me ,said I had to phone 111 to see a Doc which I did this was at 11 30 in pain and out side in the cold going through all my details again ,got to see a doc in the next room that I first was in why why didnt they tell me to go in to the next room it was madness where the Doc was .
