"great team and excellent care and attention..."

i had an appointment for ENT Dept and was found to have a chloesteatoma and needed mastoid operation. An appointment and pre assessment letter soon preceded through the post. had pre assessment up on j2 and the staff were very helpful, thorough and answered all questions that I had. On the day of the surgery the TAU were very helpful. stockings measured , gown was ready had a great nurse who treated me straight from meeting them. The aneathetist was very thorough and the surgeon from the ENT dept was exceptional and I couldn't praise them enough. I was discharged about 8pm with all the info sicknotes and follow up appts that I needed. A very great service from exceptional staff . The Trust should be proud of you all.
