"I was waiting for the treatment 5 hours"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

I came to hospital, at 21.50, left 4.a.m, was waiting for the treatment 5 hours, 5 min with the doctor, and the treatment 30 minutes, spent in hospital 6 hours. With the head injury haven't had X-ray, waiting room dirty. When I came in ambulance, nurse in the reception very rude. I can't complain about the doctor and the nurse who did my operation, but why I was waiting 5 hours with the head injury, bleeding, with neck and shoulder pain as well?

I am very sorry to hear of the delay you encountered in being seen following your head injury.

The Emergency Department is a very busy department and patients are prioritised according to their injuries.
