I have not experienced any problems with this service. They are efficient, friendly and very helpful. I do the ordering for my father in law, if it was down to him he would not be able to do it so in this respect it is better dealt with by district nurse. He wouldn’t know what he wanted or how to order it. It’s only because he lives with us that we are able to do it for him.
