"Utterly disappointeed"

I'm writing this review not because I have had any direct care given but due to having my operation cancelled.

I was due to have my operation tomorrow was requested to be at the hospital for 07:30 however I was telephoned at 17:00 to be informed that my operation was cancelled and very little reson was given as to why.

I have had to sort child care out for after the operation. Family have had to give up hours at work holidays etc in order to help me . Other service provided is absolutely discussing . I have waited nearly 3 years for this operation due to my age now I'm finally allowed to then have to be put back on the waiting list now.
