"Visit 8 am 15.11.15"

About: Doddington Hospital

Feeling very unwell I rang 111 and then received a return phone call asking me to attend at Doddington Hospital at 8 am.

It was very quiet when I arrived but was attended to very quickly and was treated with respect.

The Dr. I saw was very professional and after asking about my symptoms and examining me gave me a prescription.

He appologised that they didn't have a pharmacy available at Doddington.

Dear Joan

I was sorry to read that you've been unwell and do hope by now you are well on the road to recovery.

I've spoken to our Minor Injury Manager who has advised that you probably attended the GP out of hours service that is managed by Urgent Care Cambridgeshire (UCC).

Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust share accommodation at Doddington with UCC but we do not manage or run the GP out of hours service.

I will e-mail across your kind words as I know our colleagues at UCC will be very pleased to hear from you regarding the care they provided.

Best wishes
