"My treatment at the A & E Dept."

About: Scunthorpe General Hospital

I injured my back on the afternoon of 3 November and was taken to the A & E Dept.

I was treated with care and concern by all staff members I had contact with.

As an aged person one is fearful of the ageism that has been prevalent within the NHS for a long time.

I should like to place on record my thanks to all the staff who, despite being overworked and stressed, treated me with dignity and concern.
