"My Hip resurfacing"

I would like to literally step forward and thank the doctor and their very capable team assistants and nursing staff for care and attention I received on my recent visit to Gloucester Hospital for a hip resurfacing.

I was kept informed at every stage as to what was happening and the reasons for a course of action being taken or when sometimes a delay occurred, I felt very well looked after.

As for the operation, everything went well and no complications.

I am now enjoying just 4 weeks after the operation no pain and complete freedom of movement which before the operation was gradually wearing me down and making me old before my time. I can now look forward to actively playing my part in family fun and activities and full commitment to work within the community.

A big thank you to you all, we are lucky to have such a coveted service, great job.
